Plants, Plants, Plants!!

Both second grades have been studying plants in Science.  We have been observing our bean seeds for ten days and keeping a journal on their growth.  We have discussed plant parts, the jobs of each plant part, and the plant life cycle.  We have also been measuring our plants in centimeters.  Plants have been an exciting part of our Science class lately!!!

Parent Teacher Conferences

Next week is quickly approaching. I just want to remind you about scheduled conferences.  If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.  If you have forgotten when your scheduled conference time is, please call the elementary and check with Rose. She has a schedule of my conferences.  I am looking forward to meeting with all of you to discuss the great things your children are doing at school.
